I called AirFreight late Friday afternoon to see if they could deliver two pallets from Salt Lake City, UT, to Fresno, CA, by 9 a.m. Monday morning. Todd Anderson from AirFreight gave me a quote and said he could accommodate my request. I was honestly a bit skeptical whether AirFreight could pull it off because I had never worked with them before. More importantly, I was in a difficult position with a new customer. If I didn't get these two pallets delivered by 9 a.m. Monday morning, I would most likely lose their trust and business.
